Our Story

After starting in the early 90’s teaching and running modern jive events, we have taught thousands of people to dance and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

There is nothing quite like meeting a new dancer who is very nervous and shy on their first night and then seeing them shortly afterwards having a fabulous time on the dance floor.

We have won the UK Doubles Jive Championship in Blackpool 4 times and now are responsible for organising the annual International Open Modern Jive Championships held in Surrey.

For 5 years, we were delighted to provide the dancers for BBC South Today does Strictly Come Dancing.  We were given just a few short weeks to train BBC Presenters (who have never danced before) and then perform a cabaret in front of thousands of people at the Royal County of Berkshire Show.  Kerrin won this event in 2010 and you can view the BBC South Today news footage of this event.

We were also privileged to win National Best Events/Entertainment Organiser at Earls Court in London – this was voted for by our dancers who we are very proud of.

We are active fundraisers for the Royal Marsden Oracle Cancer Research Team.  Having raised over £20,000 for the charity, we were delighted to be awarded Platinum Donor Status.

Our ethos has always been about having fun whilst learning to dance and we hope to meet you on the dance floor soon.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like any further info or if you fancy an informal chat, please give us a call in the dance office on 01635  877 253.
